As you will have noted, Dee Why RSL Club gets actively involved on a daily basis in its construction programs and manages them very closely in order to maximise the benefit of the investments of member’s funds. We appreciate the fact that you have adapted your working methods to accommodate our project management approach and have assisted us in all regards to minimizing disruptions throughout the program. We particularly thank you for your work in allowing ANZAC Day to proceed largely uninterrupted from our normal operations.
Bankstown City Aged Care have been very impressed with the quality of building fabric to date. The works are on schedule and on budget, despite more than a months torrential rain when work first commenced.
The builders have been marvellous in the way all their staff have gone out of their way to protect our residents during construction, particularly during the more dangerous tasks involved in any major building project. We have not had one fall or injury to a resident from building materials, waste products, holes in the ground, obstacles left around, etc.
We have requested a number of variations as new products have come on line or staff have had new ideas for service delivery. The builders have been extremely patient, adaptable and amicable in incorporating these changes.
In all, it has been a pleasure working co-operatively with Boden Projects on this building. We have had no disputes, no cost or time overruns, no budget blowouts, no unreasonable variations, no skimping on building materials, and, at all times, existing residents and staff have been paramount in Boden’s work practices. We have been very impressed in our dealings with them, we would have no hesitation using them on further works and have no hesitation in recommending them to other aged care providers.
Boden Projects have demonstrated an ability to be attuned to the operational uniqueness of our constantly changing and evolving club culture; applying strong management skills; high customer service standards; completing multiple and diverse projects simultaneously; promoting and encouraging a cohesive team approach; communicating effectively across all levels of the business whilst maintaining high levels of accountability and ensuring that the needs of both the customers and the club are met.
